Over the last few weeks Piquant and IDI have been meeting some very interesting people about speaking at GASP! 2025. We’ve had inspiring discussions about the convergence of creativity and technology, the evolving digital landscape and what these changes mean for the creative industry. We are now very excited to introduce the speakers who are coming to Limerick for GASP! 2025 on Friday, 28th March.

Simon Raybould, research scientist turned communication expert. An author of 3 books on communication and storytelling, he is a public speaker, playwright, trainer & even a fire eater.

Michael Corcoran, a digital strategist known for transforming Ryanair’s social media by turning chaos into strategy. Now Managing Partner at Frankly, he helps brands cut through the noise and delivers keynotes worldwide on social media’s evolving landscape.

Dr Lorna Ross, a pioneering design leader with a career spanning healthcare, technology, and innovation.

Charlotte Barker, Chief Executive of the Institute of Designers in Ireland, championing Irish design on a national and global stage.

Emmet Connolly, a digital product designer, leading the Product Design team at Intercom.

Emily Ross, globally recognised strategist, author, and SXSW Advisory Panel member, shaping the future of innovation, AI, and digital storytelling across international markets.

Ciaran Cannon, a former TD and Minister of State at the Department of Education and Department of Foreign Affairs, with expertise in policy, digital strategy, and political communications.

Linda Coyne, a Communications Specialist at the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission, shaping national discourse on human rights, equality, and social justice.

Cian Kinsella, a multi-talented performer, comedian, and creative, best known as one half of the acclaimed duo Lords of Strut.

Keith Lawler, an award-winning Creative Director at Folk VML, leading iconic campaigns for brands like Guinness, Aer Lingus, Vodafone, and Heineken.

Each of these distinguished speakers brings a wealth of knowledge and unique perspectives to GASP!, and we are really looking forward to hearing them get stuck into topics like design innovation, storymaking, brand communications in an increasingly polarised world, staying relevant in the attention economy, reimagining accessibility, AI, advertising and sonic branding.

GASP! 2025 will take place on the 28th March 2025 at Innovate Limerick, running from 10am to 5:30pm. GASP! is an initiative of creative agency Piquant and the Institute of Designers Ireland in partnership with Innovate Limerick, Limerick City and County Council, FORGE Design Factory, and with thanks to Creative Ireland.
